The Cliff House Dining Room

The Cliff House Dining Room is one of the premier dining experiences in Colorado. As it is graced with the majestic Rocky Mountains as a backdrop, the décor is modern Victorian. Scenes of Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and the Rocky Mountains, are done in Oil by local legend C.H. Rockey. Riedel crystal wine glasses, Villroy and Boch China, Christofle Hotel flatware, Damask linens, all speak to the quality that is embodied at this world-class restaurant.

Veranda Dining (Seasonal)

Enjoy the fresh Rocky Mountain air in the relaxed elegance of our Veranda. The Cliff House offers a lighter menu for you to choose from if you decide to dine in a more casual atmosphere. The Veranda Menu is also avaible indoors to those who wish to eat in our Music Room.

With a wine list that has recently exceeded 700 selections, and multiple "Award of Excellence" distinctions from Wine Spectator, the Cliff House is sure to have the perfect wine to compliment your dining experience. To guide you through our vast collection, we currently have 6 certified sommeliers, 2 of which are certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
